How to Book

Please note for the year 2020 we are using a local holiday cottage management agent.  Please send us an email and we can refer you to them.



You can use the on-line booking system, but it would be great if you booked directly with us to save us losing some of your hard earned cash on credit card fees.  Just send us an email or better still give us a ring we love to chat.  You can still pay by cheque or you can arrange a bacs payment also.


Deposit - £200 deposit (per week) is required to secure your booking - the on line booking system will only request £200 and you will be contacted for a further deposit if you stay with us for more than a week.


The balance of your holiday is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Your deposit is non-refundable unless a full 12 weeks notice is given prior to arrival date.  PLEASE NOTE IF YOU HAVE PAID VIA THE BOOKING SYSTEM YOUR REFUND WILL BE MINUS THE CHARGE PAYPAL TAKES AS THEIR ADMINISTRATION FEE.


If your cancellation is rebooked we will gladly give you your money back.


We would recommend that all guests purchase Travel Insurance to cover costs in case of cancellation.

What's Included in the Price?

Price includes FREE WiFi, bed linen and towels are also provided.

What's Not Included in the Price?

Electricity is not included in the price and is charged via a £1 coin operated meter, this means you only pay for what you use.  Therefore you get a reduced rental price compared to other holiday homes in the village.
