Ullapool Self Catering brings you Tigh na Reultan, Gaelic for House of Stars. Your Ullapool holiday cottage is over 140 years old and is a traditional stone built cottage centrally located in the village. You are only minutes away from the seafront and all local amenities. Also you will find yourself moments away from some of the darkest skies, great for star gazing and fantastic for Northern Lights viewing.
If you are lucky enough to visit the cottage in May, you will be faced with the most beautiful cherry tree laden with pink blossom and later during the Summer months the wonderful smell of honeysuckle fills the air. The cottage is a quaint two up two down stone building. On entering you see the curved staircase leading to the first floor, to the side of the stairs you have a closet for hanging coats and kicking off shoes. To your right you have the comfy lounge area and to your left you have the fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a door leading out to a private parking space and small garden, shed and patio. As you reach the top of the stairs you have the bathroom opposite you, the family bedroom to your right with a double bed and single bed and to your left you have a double bedroom.

Electricity is not included in the price and is charged via a £1 coin operated meter, this means you only pay for the electricity you use. Therefore you get a reduced rental price compared to other holiday homes in the village. To reduce costs the cottage is very well insulated.
A large, secure, heated shed is situated at the rear of the property which is ideal for storing bikes and for drying outdoor clothing and boots.
A private parking space is available at the rear of the property, with on road parking at the front of the property.
